What the business does
Software, and the design that runs on it: websites, internal tools, the automation of processes, systems with a machine-learning part, and the motion and interface work that goes with them.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down in July 2025, so there is no longer a reference to it here.
