What this site processes, and what it does not

mmb-group (nativ.sh), represented by Mike Manuel Berger, Feldstrasse 36, 9445 Rebstein, Switzerland. Email: [email protected]. The full details are in the imprint.

The controller is based in Switzerland, so the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies. For visitors in the EU and the EEA the GDPR applies on top of it, and what follows is written to satisfy both.

When you open the site your browser sends the data a server needs to answer, and the hosting provider records it: IP address, the time of the request, the address requested, the status code, the amount of data transferred, and the browser and operating system it came from. That is necessary to deliver the page and to defend it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in running the site safely. The records are not combined with anything else and are not used to recognise individuals.

The processor is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. That involves a transfer to the United States, made under the data processing agreement concluded with the provider and the standard contractual clauses. The logs are kept only as long as operation and security require; the exact periods follow the provider's own terms.

Nothing. The site writes nothing to your browser's storage: no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage.

If you write to us we process your address and the content of your message in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns preparing a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) otherwise. We keep the correspondence for as long as handling it and any legal retention periods require, and delete it afterwards.

There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to any processing based on a legitimate interest. A message to [email protected] is enough.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern; within the EU and the EEA, the data protection authority of the country you live in.
